PREMIOS CINCHO 2022 IS COUNTING DOWN

The prestigious events stands out the cheese industry and will be held during the 22^nd, 23 and 24^th of June. Our renowned jury will meet in IFEZA, Zamora, to evaluate the huge amount of cheese samples that we have received.

Cheese from 20 countries around the world will contend for an award in each category: blue cheese, dip cheese, fresh cheese, soft cheese and semi-hard or hard cheeses.

A new edition of Premios Cincho has achieved record numbers, with 1.300 international and national inscriptions. The international representation is also reflected in our jury origin. Our tasters come from the following countries: Argentina, Chipre, EE.UU., España, Grecia, Italia, Portugal, Reino Unido y Suiza.

During the evento, Zamora will become in ¿the great city of cheese¿, as an appreciation of his leadership, being the first city that produces more than 40% of the cheeses made in Castilla y León.

The tasting sessions will be followed with interesting activities in which the jury will be able to go further in the cultural and culinary variety of Castilla y León. City tours and outdoor activities will be held until the last day of the contest, Friday 24^th.
